Filip Rouma

Filip Rouma is an experienced professional in sales and recruitment, currently serving as the Corporate Sales Senior Account Manager at Polestar since February 2021, where efforts are focused on promoting electric vehicles and achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions. Prior to this, Filip held the position of Account Manager at Alphabet Belgium Long Term Rental nv from January 2014 to February 2021, specializing in business mobility solutions. Filip's career began at Capco as part of the Human Resources and Recruitment team, followed by a role as Senior Consultant in Recruitment & Selection at Kern Selection, and earlier as a Manager at McDonald's Corporation. Filip earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a focus on Marketing from Hogeschool Antwerpen between 1990 and 1993.
