Allison Cribbs has extensive work experience in the field of People and Culture. Allison began their career at Bell MTS in 2012 as a Sales Associate, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined iQmetrix as a People and Culture Specialist and later became a People and Culture Partner for Chrysalis. In 2023, Allison transitioned to a new role as a People and Culture Generalist at PolicyMe.
Allison Cribbs attended The University of Winnipeg from 2008 to 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Rights and Global Studies.
