Kalika Jayasekera

Kalika Jayasekera serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Pollination and has held significant positions in notable financial institutions. Previously, Kalika was a Partner and Global Chief Compliance Officer at SoftBank Investment Advisers, where also served as a Board Director. At The Blackstone Group, Kalika was a Managing Director overseeing Regulatory Affairs and Compliance for the EMEA region. In addition, Kalika held the position of General Counsel and Head of Compliance at Ivaldi Capital LLP and served as Director of Legal and Compliance at RAB Capital plc. Kalika holds an LLM in Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Melbourne.
