Alicja Pawlukiewicz has been with Polpharma since May 2012, demonstrating extensive expertise in Quality Assurance. Currently serving as the QA Section Manager for Contract Manufacturing and as the Polpharma Group QA Team Manager, Alicja oversees the Quality Team and acts as a key contact for manufacturing sites and customers regarding both sterile and solid out-licensed products. Key responsibilities include managing quality activities in collaboration with internal and external partners, ensuring compliance with registered documentation, and supporting product launch processes. Previous roles at Polpharma included Quality Assurance Customer Service Coordinator and QA Specialist, where Alicja handled quality issues, GMP documentation, and audit preparations. Prior to Polpharma, Alicja worked as a pharmacist at Pati Sp. z o.o. "Rodzinna" Pharmacy. Alicja holds a Master's degree in Pharmacy from the Medical University of Gdansk.
