Paulina Kordowska has extensive experience in Operational Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Head of Operational Quality Assurance R&D Team and Qualified Person (QP) at Polpharma since March 2013. Responsibilities include ensuring GMP compliance in the Pilot Production Plant and Analytical R&D Departments, establishing quality systems, managing change control, and preparing for audits and inspections. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Specialist in Solid Forms Production and Analyst at JSH Hamilton. Paulina holds a Master's degree in Biological/Medical Chemistry from the University of Gdańsk and a Postgraduate Degree for Qualified Persons from the Medical University of Gdańsk.
