Aleksandra Springer has extensive experience in commercial operations within the media industry, particularly at Polsat Media Biuro Reklamy Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp. k., where roles have included commercial operations coordinator, senior commercial operations specialist, and sales support specialist from November 2007 to the present. Responsibilities have encompassed planning and managing advertising blocks, collaborating with external clients such as TBS, BBC, NBC, and training new employees. Prior to this, Aleksandra Springer worked as an assistant in the qualitative research department at Synovate from April 2006 to November 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in law from Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie and an MSc in administration from Kozminski University.
