R.S. Sharma

R. S. Sharma, joined the Company as an Independent Director with effect from September 20, 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Arts’ degree from University of Delhi. He has passed the final certificate examination from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and the Associate examination from the Indian Institute of Bankers. Prior to joining the Board, he has served as Chairman and Managing Director at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited, besides being on Board of various other companies.
