Darko Mesich has over 20 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Darko has held various roles in different companies, including Polycorp Ltd, Pavaco Plastics, Linamar, and Inmet Mfg., a Division of Multimatic Inc. Darko started their career as an Assistant Controller at Inmet Mfg. in 1991 and worked there until 1997. Darko then joined Pavaco Plastics as an Accounting Manager for a year before moving to Linamar as an Accounting Manager from 1999 to 2001. Darko returned to Pavaco Plastics in 2002 as the VP of Finance and continued in that role until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Finance at Polycorp Ltd.
Darko Mesich, CPA, CMA obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies from Western University, where they studied from 1985 to 1988. Following that, they pursued further education at the Society of Management Accountants, completing the program in 1992 and obtaining the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation with a specialization in Accounting.

Each of the three divisions have different manufacturing processes; different formulations; different suppliers; different technical specifications; different markets; different competitors and therefore distinct strategies and opportunities for the Company.
