Michael VanderLoo possesses extensive experience in quality management within the rubber industry, currently serving as Quality Manager at Polycorp Ltd. since 2004, with prior roles including Assistant Quality Manager and Quality Supervisor. Responsibilities encompass conducting quality inspections, testing materials, and analyzing data related to non-conformances and customer complaints. In addition to this technical expertise, Michael has pursued a creative career as a freelance actor and vocalist since 2000. Earlier professional experience includes coordinating production and working as a ceramist at John Bergen Studio from 1980 to 1999.
