Jonathan Burgess is an experienced value stream and production manager with a strong background in lean manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as Value Stream Manager for Fabrication at Polydeck since July 2013, Jonathan has previously held roles including Fabrication Supervisor and Armadex Production Supervisor. Prior experience includes serving as Manufacturing Supervisor at DSE Systems, LLC, where supervision involved up to 40 employees in a defense-related manufacturing environment, and overseeing production at Cunningham Brick Company and Lehigh Hanson, managing large teams and high production volumes. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Development from Clemson University.
