Tod Eberle is an accomplished executive in the mining, coal, and aggregates industries with a robust career at Polydeck, where Eberle has served as VP of Sales for North America since February 2018, after holding various roles including Director of Aggregates, Director of Mining, and Business Development Manager. Prior to returning to Polydeck in 2012 as New Business Manager, Eberle worked at Oldcastle Materials Group as Corporate Performance Manager, implementing continuous improvement initiatives and overseeing significant capital projects, and held the position of VP of Operations for APAC Missouri/Kansas City, Inc., managing multiple quarries with full profit and loss responsibility. Eberle started the transition into management at Martin Marietta as Plant Manager of an underground operation before earning a degree in Land Resource Management with a focus on Environmental studies from Ball State University.
