Stefan Gravang serves as the Managing Director and Country President for Denmark at Polygon Danmark since January 2021, overseeing 400 FTE and reporting directly to the Group CEO. Previously, Stefan held the position of CCO/COO Property at Sedgwick Leif Hansen A/S, responsible for the commercial and operational performance of three property departments. Stefan's extensive experience at Topdanmark includes various leadership roles with operational and strategic responsibilities in claims management and procurement across multiple departments, culminating in the role of Deputy General Manager. Career beginnings include positions as a Constructing Architect and Electrician, complemented by a solid educational foundation in business development, change management, and construction management from esteemed institutions such as Copenhagen Business School and Henley Business School.
