Alberto Carpani holds a degree in Law (equivalent to American J.D.) from University of Milan – Bicocca, Milan, Italy in 1999. Admitted to the Italian Bar in March 2006. He worked as an attorney in primary international law firms, such as Simmons&Simmons, White&Case, and Chiomenti. 2008/2009 he was International Visiting Attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, New York, USA. He joined the Group in October 2017 as Group General Counsel and in September 2021 he was appointed also as Group Director HR&IT.
