Taryn Archer is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Officer for KZN & Eastern Cape at Polyoak Packaging since August 2022, where responsibilities include managing IT processes, recruitment, HR administration, staff induction, training coordination, performance management support, and event management. Previously, Taryn held the role of HR and Admin Manager at DJ Thermal Engineering from May 2016 to July 2022, and prior to that, worked as a Campaign Manager at Galeforce Marketing and various positions at Varsity College, including Marketing Assistant, School of Business Consultant, and HR & Campus Coordinator. Taryn holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management, an Honours in Industrial Psychology, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Africa.
