Sruthi Garikapati has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as a Laser Programmer at Polypack, Inc. since June 2019. Prior to this role, Sruthi worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Med X Change, Inc. for a brief period in 2019 and as a CAE Engineer at SODECIA NORTH AMERICA from October 2014 to October 2018, where responsibilities included multi-step stamping analysis, hot stamping simulations, and aluminum forming simulations. An internship as a CAE Intern at Faurecia in 2014 involved project management tasks. Earlier academic contributions included research on Austempered Ductile Iron at Wayne State University, where Sruthi also obtained a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2013 to 2015, following a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College from 2008 to 2012.
