Manish Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Manish started their career at IFCI, where they worked as an Industrial Finance Officer from July 1991 to November 1994. Following this, they joined Polyplex Corporation Limited, where they held various roles. From December 1994 to March 2003, they worked as the Head of Project Finance, responsible for arranging project financing and exploring growth opportunities for the company. Manish then became a Director and CFO of an overseas venture for the Polyplex Group from April 2003 to March 2008, overseeing the company's finance, accounts, commercial, and allied areas. Finally, they served as the Group CFO of Polyplex Corporation Limited from April 2008 onwards, where they were responsible for group finance, accounts, IT operations, risk management, and financing growth initiatives. Manish also played a key role in strategic decision-making and took the company public on the Thai SET in 2004.
Manish Gupta completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with honors from Shri Ram College of Commerce from 1986 to 1989. Following that, from 1989 to 1991, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
