Michael Brooks is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system engineering and cloud services management. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at First Horizon Bank since July 2024, Michael previously worked with Asahi Kasei as a Senior IT Systems Engineer, where notable achievements included significant migrations of Active Directory and Exchange environments and a thorough management of O365 services and VMware infrastructure. Prior roles include Office 365 FastTrack Engineer at Experis, where Michael specialized in cloud services for Microsoft 365, as well as client support and migration engineering positions at Waypoint Solutions Group and Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company. Michael's technical foundation was established in the US Navy, where responsibilities included analyzing encrypted communications and providing technical guidance in critical operations.
