Muhammad Javed

Muhammad Javed is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading diverse teams and managing complex projects. Since October 2012, Muhammad has served as the Software Engineering Manager at PolyVista, overseeing a team that includes six scrum masters and ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders regarding product vision. Prior roles include Staff Engineer (Team Lead) at Strategic Systems International, where Muhammad led teams on time-sensitive projects and engaged with clients in Germany and the US, and Software Development Lead at Imanami Pakistan, where a team was built to enhance a flagship active directory management product. Previous experiences also include significant positions at Excels Solution International, SigmaTec Solutions Pvt. Limited, and Fastrack Information Technology, focusing on various B2B applications and ERP systems. Muhammad holds an MSC in Software Engineering from the University of the Punjab, earned between 1997 and 1999.
