Claudio Pasta has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Claudio began their career in 2006 at Orlane USA inc. as a Sales representative until 2008 when they became a Regional Sales Manager at Orlane inc. USA. In 2009, Claudio joined FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as a Product Manager in the Sales - Importers Area before transitioning to the role of International Regional Manager for Fiat & Chrysler. In 2013, they joined Technogym as a Regional Director for EMEA. Currently, Claudio is working at Pomellato, where they have held various positions including Wholesale and Franchising Director, General Manager SEMEA & Russia, and currently serves as the President EMEA.

Claudio Pasta attended IMD in 2019 where they completed a program called Strategic Thinking IMD. In 2008-2009, they pursued executive courses at New York University. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2006, they studied Economics at Università degli Studi di Torino.
