Flavia Piscioneri currently holds the position of Global Compensation & Benefits and HR Cost Control Manager at Pomellato since June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as HR Cost Controlling & People Analytics Manager at Champion Europe Group from January 2021 to May 2023 and as Responsabile Pianificazione HR e Politiche Retributive at Gruppo Tea from November 2019 to December 2020. Flavia has also worked at Kering as Group Operations Compensation & Benefit and HR Cost Controlling Manager from June 2016 to October 2019, as well as in various HR cost control and compensation roles at Pal Zileri, FURLA, and GUCCI between 2011 and 2016. Flavia holds a Master’s Degree in Digital Humanities with a focus on Knowledge Management and a First Level Degree in Digital Humanities, both from Università di Pisa, completed between 2005 and 2011.
