Marina Kats has extensive experience in sales and consulting within the jewelry industry. Marina began their career as the Vice President of Sales for Roberto Coin Inc. in 2002 and held this position until 2013. Marina then worked as the Senior Vice President of Sales for Roberto Coin, Inc. from January 2014 to August 2014. Marina also worked as a freelance consultant for fine jewelry and watches from August 2014 to February 2016. Since March 2016, Marina has been employed by Pomellato, initially as the Vice President of Sales North America, and currently as the Vice President of Sales for the Americas.

Marina Kats pursued Executive presence and influence education at Wharton Executive Education from 2021 to 2022. Marina previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Rutgers University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
