Raffaella Colombo has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Raffaella began their career at Leroy Merlin Italia as a Buyer in the Central Purchasing department from 1996 to 1999. Raffaella then joined Vodafone Italia S.p.A., where they held various procurement managerial roles. From an unspecified date until 2006, they served as a Procurement Manager for CRM, Logistics, Warehousing, Transports, and Post Sales at Vodafone. From 2006 to 2010, they were responsible for Procurement Management in Sales & Marketing, Events, and Sponsorship. From 2010 to 2014, they held the role of Procurement Manager for Corporate Services & HR Services. Finally, from 2014 to 2018, they were the Procurement Manager for Corporate Services & Property Management.

In 2018, Raffaella joined Pomellato, a subsidiary of the Kering Group, as the Head of Indirect Procurement. Their responsibilities included setting up and consolidating the function within the company, defining new policies and procedures, implementing new processes and systems, and leading and coordinating all procurement operations across all business units. Raffaella focused on maximizing company benefits and ensuring compliance with sustainability guidelines.

From 1991 to 1996, Raffaella Colombo attended Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where they obtained a degree in Scienze Politiche Internazionali.
