Eric Lessard began their work experience in 1999 as the IT Director at Pomerleau and held that position until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Chief Digital Officer and Chief of Digital Operations at Pomerleau. In 2020, they became the Vice President of Innovation & Technology and the Chief Digital Officer at the same company. In 2021, Lessard joined Concordia University as a member of their Advisory Board, and in 2022, they became a member of the Spot Advisory Board at Boston Dynamics. Additionally, they served as a member of the Procore Executive GC Advisory Board from 2020 to 2022 at Procore Technologies.
Eric Lessard has completed the Queen's Executive Program in the field of study of Queen's University. Eric also has a Bell Leadership Achievers Graduate in the field of study from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In addition, they hold Procore certifications as a Project Manager and Superintendent from Procore Technologies, both obtained in 2019.
