David Morgan Pe

David Morgan, PE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Associate at Pond & Company since March 2020, David previously held roles including Support Services Manager for Environmental/Public Works at the City of Roswell, Georgia, and Associate in Land Development at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. With a strong foundation in civil engineering services from URS Corporation and earlier experience as a Civil Engineer at Hayes, James & Associates, Inc., David holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University. David is also a graduate of Leadership North Fulton, Class of 2007.
