Kelsey Custer

Kelsey Custer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis and analytics. Currently serving as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Pontera since May 2024, Kelsey previously held the position of Director of Analytics and Salesforce Administrator at The Headstrong Project from September 2020 to May 2024. Additional experience includes roles at Corporate Risk Solutions, LLC as an Associate, Santé Ventures as Operations - Salesforce Administrator, and Total Wine & More as Senior Specialist in Customer Communications. Early career opportunities included positions as an Intern at Strathmore Hall Foundation, Inc., Digital Content Coordinator at 5th Street East, Corporate Development Intern at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, and an Internship with Manning Media Inc.
