Pete Kroshefskie

Pete Kroshefskie is a seasoned professional in workforce solutions with extensive experience in talent acquisition and program management. At Pontoon Solutions since July 2014, Pete has held multiple titles including Global Program Head, Vice President Program Management, and Talent Acquisition Account Director, contributing to the firm's leadership in contingent workforce solutions and recruitment outsourcing. Previously, Pete served as Talent Acquisition Account Director at Ericsson, where responsibilities involved strategic recruitment for the Field Services Division across 33 countries. Earlier roles included Talent Acquisition Manager at Adecco Staffing and Account Manager at TEKsystems, where expertise in recruitment strategies and client relationships was developed.
