Jiayin Zhang is currently the Head of HR (USA) at Pony.ai since December 2020. Prior to this role, Jiayin was the Head of HR (USA) at Didi Chuxing from September 2016 to November 2020. Jiayin has also worked in talent acquisition for Autonomous Driving at Baidu USA and as a lecturer at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Jiayin holds a Ph.D. in East Asian Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from UC Santa Barbara.
