Amit Kumar Singh is an experienced business professional with a focus on payment solutions, digital strategy, and card products. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Business Head at Poonawalla Fincorp since January 2025, Amit is responsible for building payment and card stacks and enhancing digital consumer journeys. Previously, Amit held significant leadership roles at PayU from 2020 to 2024, overseeing the Enterprise Portfolio and Sales, as well as managing the onboarding and scaling of enterprise profile merchants. Amit's extensive background includes over 11 years at HDFC Bank Limited in various roles within the payment business, with responsibilities spanning regional and zonal management as well as merchant acquisition. Amit's career began with Asian Paints India Ltd, and education includes a Master’s in Marketing Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
