Maneesh VM is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management within the finance sector. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Operations at Poonawalla Fincorp since June 2025, Maneesh has previously held prominent roles including Chief Operations Officer at SBFC Finance Limited and Head of HR Operations at Bajaj Finance Ltd. With a strong background in operations and credit management, Maneesh has also served as National Head of Operation & Service and National Head of Secured Operation at BAJAJ HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED and Bajaj Finance Ltd, respectively. Maneesh's career began at ICICI Bank as Branch Credit Manager and progressed through various key roles at HDFC Bank and HSBC. Maneesh holds an Accelerated Management Program degree from the Indian School of Business and a Masters in Financial Management from Somaiya College of Management Studies & Research.
