Kayla Arp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client support and customer operations. Currently serving as the Director of Client Support at Popmenu since October 2023, Kayla previously held various leadership roles at Cox Automotive Inc. from August 2012 to September 2023, including Director of Technical Customer Care and Senior Manager of Customer Operations, where responsibilities encompassed managing operational strategies, improving customer satisfaction, and implementing innovative solutions. Kayla's early career included roles at The Home Depot, where significant improvements in HR support metrics were achieved, and Donnelly Communications, where quality assurance initiatives led to substantial cost savings. Kayla holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University.
