Andrew Secor

Andrew Secor, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Research Advisor at Population Services International since January 2024. Previously, Andrew held the position of M&E Officer at PATH from May 2020 to December 2023, where responsibilities included evaluation oversight and research technical assistance for various health projects. Andrew's extensive experience also includes roles at Strategic Analysis, Research & Training Center as a Graduate Research Consultant, and at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as a Summer Associate. Earlier positions involved monitoring and evaluation activities with USAID's Liberia Ebola survivor program and multi-country evaluations related to post-Ebola programs. Andrew earned a PhD in Global Health Implementation Science from the University of Washington in June 2023, an MPH from the same institution in 2015, and a BA in International Development from Brown University in 2009.
