Vice President, Strategy And Insights at Population Services International

As Vice President, Strategy and Insights, Ellen holds overall responsibility for guiding strategy and insight-driven decision-making and prioritization across the organization. She oversees a team designed to establish best practice in strategy development and alignment, performance metrics and analysis, consumer and market insights, research, learning, program design, and marketing discipline.

Ellen has over 20 years of experience in strategy development working with a diverse range of non-profit and commercial organizations in both advisor and director positions. She has worked with teams in over 25 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas. Ellen is also a PSI ‘boomerang,’ having served as PSI’s Marketing Director and Deputy Country Representative in Cote d’Ivoire from 1996-1999.

Ellen holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy with a concentration in international business and economics from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
