Jennifer has over 15 years of post-graduate experience conducting and using research to design, improve, and evaluate global health programs. After earning her MPH and PhD in International Health and Development from Tulane University, she joined PSI in 2008 and has since served as the research advisor for Mozambique and Angola, the regional researcher for Latin American and the Caribbean, and most recently as the Deputy Research Director, where she provided management and technical support to regional evidence teams and lead the development of PSI’s Strategic Evidence Agenda.
