Keith Schwartz has extensive experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and legal counsel, currently serving as Regulatory Counsel and Senior Compliance Manager at Populus Financial Group since January 2020. Previous roles include Senior Risk, Policy, & Training Manager at MidSouth Bank, where robust BSA/AML policies were developed, and various consulting positions focused on financial crimes and compliance. Keith's legal career includes significant contributions to the FDIC and the U.S. Small Business Administration, alongside a solid foundation in commercial litigation and banking management at Bank of America. Keith holds a JD from Texas A&M University School of Law and a BS in Political Science and Government from Texas A&M University.
