Simon Rapp

Simon Rapp possesses extensive experience in cloud management and IT demand within the automotive industry, currently serving as Head of Cloud at Porsche AG since August 2014, after progressing through several key roles including Senior Project Manager Cloud Enablement and IT Demand Manager. Prior to this, Simon Rapp contributed to RUTRONIK Electronics Worldwide as part of a Bachelor thesis in logistics and completed an internship in chassis assembly at Porsche. Additionally, experience includes a research assistantship focused on lean manufacturing at Hochschule Pforzheim and early career roles at Daimler AG, where Simon Rapp undertook an apprenticeship as a process mechanic for coating technology and worked as a production employee. Simon Rapp holds a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen with a focus on General Management from Pforzheim University, attained in 2014.
