Charlie Ferlisi has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Charlie started their career in 2004 as an Assistant Operations Manager at Over The Hill Transportation. In 2006, they joined MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company as the NATL Export Documentation Supervisor. Since 2009, they have been working at Port Newark Container Terminal (PNCT), where they have held multiple roles, including Yard Operations/AQI Coordinator, Power Shop Supervisor, Terminal Maintenance, Reefer/M&R Operations Manager, and M&R Terminal Manager. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Engineering & Equipment Services at PNCT.
Charlie Ferlisi obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Kingsborough Community College from 2003 to 2005. Charlie then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Brooklyn College, completing it from 2009 to 2011. Charlie also attained a Green Belt in Six Sigma from Villanova University until the year 2012.
