Breann Marie Preston

Breann Marie Preston is an experienced economic research consultant currently working at the Port of Portland since September 2021. Prior to this role, Breann served as the Director of Business Intelligence at the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC from June 2020 to September 2021. Breann's diverse professional background includes positions such as Scrum Master and Research and Development Coordinator at General Dynamics Mission Systems, and Senior Director of Strategic Programs at the Greater Phoenix Economic Council. Notable achievements include leading research projects, creating economic indicators, and engaging in community development initiatives. Breann has also contributed as an Economist for the State of Arizona and has experience as a substitute therapeutic teacher.
