Emily Bower

Emily Bower serves as the Senior Manager of Partnerships and Property Development at the Port of Portland, where responsibilities include nurturing teams, building inclusive systems, and leading high-profile real estate projects. Previously, Emily held the position of Executive Director at the Gresham Redevelopment Commission, overseeing complex Urban Renewal projects, and served as a Co-Founder of the MultiCultural Collaborative, focusing on community development and engagement with diverse populations. Early career experience includes roles as a landscape and urban designer with Parsons Brinckerhoff and Quatrefoil Inc., and an internship at EPT Design. Emily holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Oregon and an Associate of Science in Horticultural Science from Mount Hood Community College.
