Kendall Foose

Kendall Foose, CPPB, NIGP-CPP, currently serves as the Director of Contracts and Procurement at the Port of Portland, a position held since October 2016, following various roles including Manager of Contracts and Procurement and Sr. Procurement Specialist focused on Information Technology contracts.
