Eric Toler is an experienced professional in air service development and international trade, currently serving as the Manager of Air Service Development at the Port of Seattle since October 2018. In this role, Eric is responsible for developing new and enhancing existing nonstop international routes at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport through quantitative analysis of market conditions and passenger volumes. Prior to this position, Eric was the Manager of Airport and Airline Business Advisory at ICF from July 2013 to October 2018, overseeing project execution, team management, and business development. Earlier experience includes working as a Project Analyst at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency, where management of infrastructure feasibility studies was key, and as a Fall Associate at the International Trade Administration. Eric holds a Master’s Degree in International Trade and Economic Development with a focus on Latin American Studies from Georgetown University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Latin American Studies, Business Administration, and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
