Julianna Marler has held several key positions at the Port of Vancouver USA since September 2008, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, and Director of Administrative Services/Sr. Manager of Contracts. The Port, established by Clark County taxpayers in 1912, is a leading Pacific Coast port known for its available land, diverse cargo handling, extensive transportation networks, skilled workforce, and high-quality customer and community service. Prior to this, Julianna served as Procurement Services Manager for the City of Vancouver from September 1999 to September 2008. Julianna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Washington State University - College of Business and Economics and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Clark College.
