Jim Perschbach is currently the President & CEO at Port San Antonio since October 2014. Prior to this role, Perschbach served as a Partner at Bracewell LLP from February 2002 to October 2014. Perschbach holds a JD in Law from the University of Houston Law Center and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Economics and Public Policy from The George Washington University.
