Darcy Glennen

Darcy Glennen is a Senior Developer at Portable since April 2019, specializing in high-quality web applications for non-profit and government clients such as Headspace Australia and Legal Aid NSW. Darcy has led cross-discipline internal projects to enhance efficiency and collaboration and has actively participated in recruitment efforts by engaging in technical interviews and public events. Previously, as a Mid-level Developer at On Point Holdings from October 2017 to April 2019, Darcy architected a social network app's PHP backend and iOS app using Swift, implemented Docker for productivity, and worked extensively with Amazon Web Services. Darcy began in software development during a week-long internship at Aussie Broadband, where an iPhone application was created to track employee locations using Objective-C and PHP.
