Emma Arrowsmith

Emma Arrowsmith is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in various HR roles. Currently serving as the People and Culture Lead at Portable since July 2023, Emma has previously held significant positions including Human Resources Manager at Brisbane North PHN from August 2013 to February 2023, where responsibilities included developing and implementing HR systems to enhance workforce engagement. Prior roles include Human Resources Advisor at Agility, Human Resources Coordinator with Fusion Retail Brands Pty Ltd, and several temporary positions in recruitment and payroll support across various companies. Emma holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from TAFE NSW, complementing a solid educational foundation from Victoria University of Wellington and Otumoetai College.
