Uma Gopinath

Uma Gopinath is an accomplished technology executive with a strong background in information technology and innovation. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Porter Airlines Inc. and previously at Metrolinx, Uma has held multiple leadership roles, including Deputy CIO and Vice President of Development and Delivery, I&IT. At Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America, Uma was the Director of Technology and Innovation, and held various roles at Canadian Tire Corporation, including AVP positions focused on Intelligent Automation and IT Delivery for Finance Systems. Uma started a career at CGI as a Director in Consulting. Educational qualifications include a Corporate Director Certification in Corporate Governance from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
