Karthik Arumugham

Karthik Arumugham is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Porter Labs, Inc. since October 2021, bringing extensive experience from various roles in network engineering and architecture. Prior to this, Karthik served as Lead Datacenter/Network Engineer at imgix, where responsibilities included the deployment of network and datacenter systems. Previous positions include Network Architecture at Signal Labs Inc, where work focused on next-generation wireless technology, and Network Architect at Dialpad, where Karthik designed and built the global IP backbone and datacenter infrastructure. A consultant at Optero Systems and Principal Integration Architect at GreatWall Systems, Karthik developed advanced networking and security solutions. Earlier roles include Software and Security Architect at Rapid7 and Software Engineer at Akamai Technologies, with initial work as Chief Network Architect at Global NAPs. Karthik completed the Stanford Ignite program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2018.
