Sushmita Singh is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in people management and talent services. Currently serving as Manager - People Business Partner at Porter since July 2023, Sushmita previously held the position of People Champion at Rapido from April 2022 to June 2023. Prior experience includes an HR Manager role at SmartQ - Bottle Lab Technologies Pvt Ltd, where Sushmita managed Talent Management and HRBP services, and an HR Executive position at Bodycraft Spa & Salon.
