Usman Shaik

Usman Shaik is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Porter since June 2024, Usman previously held a similar position at Yubi from April 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing architecture and product roadmap execution for fixed-income retail and partner products. Prior experience includes leadership roles at BetterPlace Safety Solutions, where Usman directed the engineering charter for various HRMS products, and Unisys India, where significant contributions were made as a Technical Architect on flagship products. Usman's tech leadership journey began at Syndeohealth and Mahindra Satyam, where foundational skills in system design and software engineering were developed. Usman holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
