Allison Parris has extensive experience in volunteer management and operations support, currently serving as Volunteer Ministry Manager at Portland Rescue Mission since December 2019, after previously holding the role of Volunteer Coordinator at the same organization. Prior to this, Allison worked as Operations Support at With Love from September 2019 to February 2020 and gained customer service experience as a Barista at Starbucks from October 2018 to December 2019. Allison earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon, graduating in 2018.
