Ahouzi Youssef is an experienced professional in the fields of e-commerce, information technology, and management. Currently serving as Président at the African Alliance for E-Commerce since March 2024, Ahouzi has held multiple roles at PortNet, including CEO, CIO, and Head of IT Department, since February 2015. Prior experience includes a position as Team Manager at BDSI Maroc, focusing on change and project management in banking information systems, and as a project manager at Barid Al Maghreb. Ahouzi began career as a software engineer at STMicroelectronics, specializing in embedded software for mobile devices. Academically, Ahouzi holds an MBA from École des Ponts Business School and a Master's in Computer Software Engineering from Ecole Mohammadia d'Ingénieurs.

Initiated in 2008 by the National Ports Agency (Port Authority in Morocco), PortNet is the result of a strategic alliance between port communities and international trade. It is a tool that is specific to the Moroccan Government which aims at implementing several sectoral strategies to improve the business climate, trade, port and logistics competitiveness as well as the generalization and the Innovation of e-gov services. In fact, PortNet is a successful model of the national partnership between the government and the private sector in order to improve the business climate.
